Have been a fan of Drybar and their products for a long time! I always went to them to style my hair and the prices are fair. At this location the stylists are great! However I noticed that the manager, Samantha, is not professional whatsoever and is mean. Every time she comes around, the stylists tense up and it’s very obvious they are uncomfortable with her presence. And while I was getting my hair done, I overheard her whispering with someone else that she steals other people’s commissions! That’s so disgusting. I will take this further to Drybar because I am a hardworking person that wouldn’t like it if someone did that to me and this is just so unfair! She must be dealt with. The stylists deserve better management.

Stylists are great. Samantha just sucks! Very poor management skills she has. 👎

I love this location- Drybar is a lifesaver. The staff is kind, professional and very talented. The shop is clean and well managed. I visit this shop weekly and am never disappointed. The bartenders are always accommodating. Shantel and Jenny are my go to stylists. Keep up the great work!

I loved how friendly the staff were as well as the amazing job my stylist did! Highly recommend this spot for blowouts if you’re in the SoHo area!

I'm disappointed in my experience at this Dry Bar location. My entire wash, dry, and styling was 20 minutes and I repeatedly asked for product to be used for volume and hold because my hair doesn't hold curl well. I asked for longer curling times, more hairspray, anything my stylist could do to make my hair last longer than an hour before going flat again. She didn't listen to my concerns or requests and the whole experience was very rushed from what I'm used to at other national Dry Bar locations. I appreciate the complimentary prosecco (extra star), I just don't think my experience was worth what I paid. I felt the pushing to sell products was annoying and showed they weren't listening to me when I mentioned I have many products and don't need any replacements.
