Very professional & welcoming first visit. I needed hair services on a Sunday, and was surprised & pleased to get an appointment. I highly recommend them. Results were great!

Don't do it if you care about how you look in public. They sent me out into the street with my hair in an elastic. Not even a pony tail holder. I had to go straight home and style my own hair. Super Cuts provides higher style. Customer service is nonexistent and calling themselves a salon is a joke.

I have been a long time client, I never had a bad experience until my last visit. I found out the long time staff members are all gone. Princess and Jackie are the most reliable and capable hairstylist this establishment has ever had.. Lisa is always late and there is no point in booking an early morning appointment with her. The owner never opens on time. I found myself outside waiting on her. Her work isn't nearly as good as Jackie's. I am so disappointed and angry. I even heard the message therapist left and now that Jackie and Princess are gone I will never come back here. They are falling apart without them and I know they will lose alot of clientele.
