Family owned business. They've been in my neighborhood since I was a kid, super nice people. Daniella is the best her hands are magic and she's super sweet. They are a bit pricey however you pay for what you get and they do great work here! I always love my hair!!

Great hair, bad attitude. Went in for a style of two layer, cornrows with a middle part. I’ve done my hair like this before for only $180. $200 with color. I was told to be there at 9:30 AM when they open as were 4 other individuals. After Daniella (the owner) assessed the styles of each person, my 9:30 am appt ended up to be a 11:00 am appt after she put others ahead of me. She began complaining in French to her employees that she didn’t want to do my hair, it would take to long, etc. So I approached her and gave her another option, similar to my original style, but larger braids. Also telling her that I knew she didn’t want to do it. This is after she calls her cousin to do my hair as I was still waiting. Anywho, fast forward to me in DANIELLAS chair and she pulls me to the side to question me then raises the price of the style to $250 because it’s “long.” This is after I heard her talk about me and continued to after being in her chair. Will not be going back after almost 3 years of being a devoted customer. Food for thought. Don’t ask someone if they know French after you’ve already talked about them.

The owner is very nice. However she lacks the skill set of actual experienced braiders. Prices are a bit high but it's Queens and if you do not want to trek to Harlem this is it. 1. Her staff which always varies are unprofessional. 2. They cannot part a straight line to save any life. 3. The owner's daughter i had to tell to please wash your hands before you touch my hair as she was eating chicken wings. 4. The hair is not neat and they work extremely slow.

I went to get my hair braided in four cornrows. Where I was sitting I couldn't see how the lady was doing my hair. I went home , looked in the mirror and my parts and braids were uneven. I called and told them , I will be coming in the next day to fix them as I couldn't go that day because I had things I needed to do. Daniella tells me that I will have to pay 25$ to fix it. I refused because it wasn't my mistake. I still went the next day to have them fix it. The same lady who did my hair the first time took it and and re did it and AGAIN it was uneven. I tried to explain to her that it was uneven and showed her. She then in front of everyone in the store told me that it was my head , not her and she would not be fixing my hair again. Luckily another lady was able to fix it and make it even with no problems and STILL they wanted to charge me 25$. This was the most unprofessional and worst behavior of any employee I have ever experienced and I will not be going here or recommending anyone to go here again.
