Ms. Marcia has been my stylist for almost 3 years. She is very professional, honest, helpful and well educated dealing with properly and naturally treating your hair. She has often done research to help find the best ways to help grow and strengthen my hair and makes sure that no style I chose will damage my scalp or thinning hair. Despite the people who have worked for her and do not share her same etiquette she is a true gem. She will do her best to staff people who are professional and does her best to ensure that you leave a satisfied customer. I highly recommend her to all my friends

Very unprofessional staff. I went and had my hair braided by Shawna Kay two months ago it looked very nice when I left but started loosening up 1 week after. I decided to take my daughter to do her hair 2 weeks ago and instructed the stylist Shawna not to use any gel, fine tooth comb or dryer, and guess what, she did any way. My daughter has natural nappy hair and Shawna was pretty much pulling her hair out with the comb. I approached her and ask her not to use that comb and she kept giving me reasons why she had to, while my daughter's hair was piling up on the floor. It got to the point when my daughter took a break she started crying about the way her hair was being handled. Last week I called to speak to the owner Miss Marcia because I wanted to let her know how unhappy I was about my daughter's experience. Someone answered the phone and said she was miss Marcia, I, I started complaining about Shawna Kay and guess what, it was Shawna Kay on the phone the whole time pretending to be Miss Marcia, I called her out and she handed the phone to Miss Marcia. I was very disappointed because I actually liked Shawna Kay. My advise if you go there, be very clear when you speak to the stylist, because they do not listen or respect the customer's request they just do whatever they want. They care about hairstyles and have no idea about what hair care is. Thanks to the owner Miss Marcia, When I finally spoke to her she listened and apologized, It is too sad that she will loose customers because of those unprofessional stylists. I will not recommend anyone to Shawna Kay but I will recommend Miss Marcia.

I wasted my time. I asked them to do a hairstyle and they did the total opposite. DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON! They over charge and do not do a great or even good job.

SCAMMERS! Be very aware! They will tell you one price over the phone and will hype up the price for no reason. Companies donâ€™t understand that when they do crooked things like that then itâ€™s only a matter of time before the business crumbles. And judging by the other reviews it def on its way to ruins. NEVER will I come here again. They also have roaches. When you try to play your customers you play yourself!
