I know my profile looks weird but don't mind it...so my sister and I went to this salon to get a simple blowout, I'm only 11 by the way... But it's obvious my mom won't speak up, so I will. We went to get a blowout, and it was so beautiful, one thing though.. I had a texturizer done there before and it messed up my hair big time, but I recovered quick. Now we go get a blowout and the lady doesn't use ANY HEAT PROTECTOR.. So I'm here seeing smoke come from my hair (since she blow dried and flatironed my hair WET!) and Im watching my hair burn, and it's so painful, I literally can't speak, she asks if I'm ok, i say yes because i do not want to embarrass my mom nor the salon, then after blowdrying, she goes straight to the flatiron, like OMG. And she is holding the iron on my hair and keeping it there every 5 secs like she used hella heat protectant, which she didn't! So i start bursting into tears, not only bc it hurts, bc I know what the results would be. Now i washed my hair after 1 week and the right side is fully natural, including part of the middle, the front is natural with stringy ends, the left side has natural ends and roots and the middle is straight.. And the back is ok. so overall, this salon is trash, next time (which there won't be) I'll tell them to use heat protector, or else they'll simply get sued, because obviously my mother sees what has happened for the second time.
