I made an appointment , never been there before . They set me up with this one lady who kept asking the hairdresser next to us" but , what should I use ? Should I do this ? And that? " all I wanted to do was change my hair color to blonde, from reddish blonde which I have had done before mind you..just wanted to try this salon which happened to be convenient . The owner I'm assuming a bitt snooty , told me your not going to look like your picture it's going to be a few trips to get that . I told the hair dresser that was assigned to me , never mind your not comfortable ...I walked out. Many thumbs down on this place . I walked into Mosaic in Avenel , they did exactly what I wanted, no problems, no hesitations, no asking another hairdresser what they use, etc. Never again!!!!!!!. They did me a favor because I love my hair , and the hairdresser who did my hair.
