This is the most horrible salon in Staten Island. I went there many times and last week was my last draw. I went there to do an undo for a weekend and had to pay $3 extra for color safe shampoo and there people do not speak English and have no idea what your saying and they were Talking about me and yelling in whatever they were speaking. Well the ending is my hair looked horrible and I specifically asked for no braids in my updo and what do they do is a braided bun, I asked them to fix it and they said no. I walked out paying $40 with a horrible updo that was full of hairspray and came home and my sis Had to redo my hair. I called to speak to the manager and they told me they will not refund me or credit me. I will never go to them again Ps they ask for bigger tips

I do not enjoy being treated as if I am stupid and being lied to. The entry door has a sign that says charge cards, such as Mastercard and Visa are accepted. I tried to pay with a charge card and was told to withdraw money from ATM for me within the store. The so called think "manager" came over and said, " We charge $5 for charge, ATM only cost $2." I said I want to charge. It is displayed on the window and pointed to the sign. They then claimed the charge card machine was broken. I finally took funds out of the ATM after the so call "Manager" left. I told one of the employees, this is VERY unprofessional. So it was claimed he did not understand English. I said, Do not lie to me, I am not stupid. I know what I was told. "We not lie." My Goddaughter, a teenager, was with me. She said she heard the exact same thing. I am going senile. I WILL NEVER step foot in the place again. Again I am not stupid and I do not appreciate being lied to. I am the wife if Mark Rothberger. VERY DISREPUTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
