It was my first time here at Super Cuts, they are simply amazing. Erica is super talented, has a lot of patience and meticulous in her work. She is just beyond perfect in her work. The results were simply amazing and exactly replicated what I wanted. I would surely suggest Erica for anyone looking for hair cut needs. The overall experience at Super Cuts was excellent.

I had a really nice haircut from Erica about a month ago. Is she still working at this location? I used to get my hair cut by Sylvia as well, but I think she's no longer there.

I had a 10 am appointment & arrived 10 minutes early. She was doing 1 man hair & had another waiting - I said I will go to shop rite & be back. I was understanding. I came back at 10:10 & she was doing cutting the hair of the man that was there when I first arrived & then there was 2 more men waiting. At 10:30 I asked to sit in 1 of the chairs by the mirrors to do Social distancing. I asked if I was next & she wouldn’t give me a direct answer she just kept saying “I am by myself” . I just repeated if I am not next I will leave cause I had somewhere to be and my cut. Another customer jumped up and told me I couldn’t cut the line. I told him I had a 10am appointment and he kept arguing back at me. I walked out and will never return there again. One last complaint was my son had an appointment last year went there on time and no one was there - after many phone calls the stylist said she had an emergency. She never left a note on the door. He went back and she said he had to wait over an hour. He left. And they have the nerve to raise the prices! Don’t appointments count for anything anymore?

Erica is incredible! She cleaned up my split ends and recommended several things to keep my hair healthy. She is very knowledgeable and takes pride in her work.

I was very pleased to read through the reviews and see many people speaking about their positive experiences with Erica because my time with her was no different. Erica really is something special! She has a great sense of humor and energy to her. And what was really nice is how much pride she takes in her work. I've never seen someone care some much about my hair before. She's like a hair dressing savant. It was thrilling to watch her take her time analyzing my head/hair for a bit before coming up with a game plan of how to approach my hair (due to covid, I haven't had a haircut in a very long time and let's just say, there was A LOT of hair). It sounds silly but she made observations about my hair that no one else has ever noticed (including myself) for my past 34 years of hair cuts. This woman is truly at the top of her game and it was inspiring to see. I've never been inclined to call hair dressing an art form before until I met Erica. She truly is a genius. She is very knowledgeable about her craft and utilized a wide variety of skills and techniques that I've never seen before. She also gave me further instructions on how to maintain my hair once I get home. She also gave me advice on how to treat some psoriasis I have on my scalp. She was a great mixture of personable and professional which, in my opinion, is a winning combination. Near the end of my haircut, I told her how my ex girlfriend once gifted me an extremely expensive haircut from an upscale, "Boujee" hair dresser in Manhattan that came nowhere close to Erica's skills. And on top of all that, she is a great person with a warm personality. I've never been so impressed by a hair dresser before. Thank you so much Erica! The rest of the staff at Supercuts seemed really nice too and they all seemed to get along with each other. They all seem to work well together. The place was clean. The prices were very reasonable. All in all, it was probably the best haircut I've ever got and I really can't think of anything to complain about. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone and would suggest calling ahead to schedule your appointment with Erica.
