This is an awful place that use to be good many years ago. I agree with the reviews that are previously made about they efficiently get you in, and render very poor quality service. I was charged on three separate occasions for a full single process and the woman only colored my roots. I even had lines left on my head where the color never matched the ends. The colorist was suppose to be the best colorist I was told! The last time I went thinking that she was waiting for my hair to grow out a little more as she had said to color it, she made my hair so light on the roots it looked like I had colored it myself with home box dye. She never touched my entire head not even a glaze or combing through the color yet I paid for the full single process each time. They are chintzy and not at all polite. I gave them three chances to give me what I had paid for and they could not have cared less. Really listen to these reviews that are negative. They also say they are charging one amount to receive a service and suggest a simple procedure but then try and get you to do full heads of highlights to get more money instead. If you agree to get a whole head of highlights you might get courteous reliable service, I say might because I do not know if you would get any better service. I cancelled any further appointments. My hair looked absolutely terrible. I went back to the salon I was going to in New York and I am so glad I returned to them. It is sad what this salon has turned into. I was so disappoint

This one of Bronxville’s finest institutions having been in business 62 years. There are oodles of talented and accomplished hair stylists to help you with washing, cutting, coloring and blowing out your hair. The cheerful and pleasant tone of the salon makes you feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. And equally important the appointments run on time even Thanksgiving Eve when they did 305 heads of hair in one day!

Always good service here. I go for a single process a few times a year and a hair cut about the same. Lovely stylists. What happened to the coffee service though?

I have been coming to Continental 109 in Bronxville for nearly 18 years. Love the service, the people and the way they do my hair color and style. I always get compliments on my hair. Highly recommend!
