I've been in Yonkers for 12 years, I come from Ireland, the last 5 years I finally found a colorist that knows what she is doing, Elektra listens to what I say and from there she tells me what she thinks and we work together on the best look for me. The result is that I look fabulous, and I don't run home to retouch my hairdo or to look up other saloons because once again I'm not happy. I've never been so satisfied before. The saloon is classy, clean, beautiful, everyone is charming and makes me feel important but at ease. It's like one I'm in there everything is taken care of. Keep up with the good work Elektra!!

I walked in Friday night to make an appointment for next day for color&highlights.It was my bday weekend. Elektra started giving me a consultation on the spot,then sat me in her chair.Next shes giving me color choices and shes putting a rich cocoa color and a cut!! W e discussed highlights she tested section of my hair to see how it would look,her schedule was tight for the weekend but told me to come in next day,see what she could do.I left with a beautiful color and healthy cut. I showed up at 4 we discussed that I wanted a completely different color,she agreed.I thought I would be scheduled for another time,but she told me come back in an hour,"its your bday"she even called me to come in a little earlier. I ended up having a full head of highlights done,and my eyebrows sharing eyebrow technique so I could do myself, I left the salon at 9pm resembling a page in a fashion mag!! Wish I had pic to share but flash wasnt working in my camera. This whole time I never felt rushed,I felt like one of her girlfriends getting my hair done!! Thank you so much &special thanks to your daughter Lori who's a lil Elektra in training!! I love my hair!!
