I've only been here twice for color and each time have had a great experience. Holly is wonderful!

This salon is more of an over-priced assembly line! I came for a haircut, and brought photos of this style I had two years ago which I hoped to bring back. Sadly the over-priced higher level stylist could not come close to the look I had requested despite photos. (All the stylist had to do was add some long layers in the front so my hair was not so heavy in my face). Furthermore my hair was frizzy when she finished which does not happen when I do my own hair. On another note, the person who washed my hair was rude and did the worst job ever as she rushed to the point where she wound up putting my hair in terrible knots! She then quickly yanked at the knots she created with a comb that pulling out a great deal of my hair! Everyone rushes around in the salon and when I was there, and nobody smiled and made me feel at ease. I paid a fortune for this dreadful wash/haircut/blowout, and overall experience so I do not recommend the Dieci salon.

Iâ€™ve been going for about three years now. I wanted a change and I got it. I went from a brunette to getting blonde highlights. The color looks great! I never went to another salon after coming to Dieci.

Wonderful massage by Dawn Schriever. Very friendly staff. Accomodations were very nice.

Overpriced services from a place that cannot keep a decent staff. They underpay all their workers and it definitely shows in the quality of service You receive. It's a shame because your turnover of employees is a direct reflection on ownership. Being your in Livingston I am pretty sure I know why your too cheap to advertise or adequately compensate your workers hence improving your customers experience. A happy worker is a productive worker but this concept seems lost on inept management/ownership :( . Oh well every spa I have been to since leaving yours has been way better and less expensive
