My grand daughter & I went to two Ultra Beauty 's service was great.

This is a newer location. I figured the staff would be inviting and enthusiastic, but I received the opposite response. I'm happy to help myself as I'm a Sephora mua and I freelance, but they didn't approach me with kindness. I happened to be buying foundations for my kit and purchased most of the line-- the salesgirl was judgmental and felt the need to make snide remarks and complain about "cleaning out her stock". The staff had full faces on and made them look knowledgeable. A few smiles were given, but no one really said much to me. I made my purchase as fast as I could.

Run-of-the-mill Ulta. Nothing more, nothing less. Location is not great, considering there's been issues in the neighborhood, and specifically on this plaza.
