Everyone is always friendly even if they're super busy. My hair cuts have been what I wanted each time because I could talk to my stylist first abut what I liked.. Great people!

This place is a joke, i stopped in to get my bangs cut,and went with a small trim of my hair. Well the next thing i know she had cut about 2 inches off. I was very clear i had just wanted the dead ends cut off. I called to talk to the manger,she said she would give me my money back. When i saw and the manger. Never once did she say sorry. Bad customer service.

My boyfriend and I went to get our hairs cut here, and the female that cut my boyfriend's hair did a horrible job. There were stray hairs where the trimmer was used, then she cut all his curls off on top even though he told her to leave it a little longer in top and in the front. the hair cut is choppy and straggly. She apparently had no clue on how to cut curly hair. That, or she was jealous that her boyfriend doesn't have as nice of hair. There is not other cause of such a shitty hair cut. (my hair cut was fine, a blunt straight cut, not much you can screw up there)
