Tamar always does a great job on my hair. She takes her time and really pays attention to even the smallest details. She has been cutting both my hair and my son's hair for several months now. Even when she's done, she has gone back over something that she felt wasn't quite right. I appreciate her thoroughness and dedication; it makes us feel like we matter and aren't just another customer. She is always willing to schedule our future appointments even a few weeks in advance.

There's a very nice sign in front of your chair where you sit for haircut that says " Attention: you hair cut includes all these services". And the service include facial hair trim, shampoo, massage, etc. First time I was there, I had to literally ask if I could get the massage just because they didn't have enough time to do that as they're closing, which was about 10 mins more left. Second time, I was there without appointment and requested if they can fit me in if anybody is not showing up. They declined my request saying someone will be there in 20 mins and she cannot finish before the other person comes in. And she was sitting on the sofa using her cell phone ( I get it that people have to rest too). I checked again after 10 mins, I was still replied with a No. Third time, I asked if she (another lady) can trim my beard a little (part of Attention sign), she said she would charge me $6 extra. After the haircut, I said I didn't need the shampoo but I can have the massage. She said it only comes with shampoo. After asking again she was ready to do it but it was like 15-20 secs. For 15-20 secs massage, you put that service on the sign in big letters? I have rethink before I decide to go there next time. May be i will go just for the haircut and not for other Attention services 😊

My boys and i are regulars to this place but today I drove all the way from SC for our haircuts. Was going to be late and called in that I will be 10 min late and asked the lady if it will be cancelled then I can turn around but she asked me to come in. I got there and was told we can only do hair cut for all of us. I walked out. Wish I was told to turned around. Just like their time is important they should consider others too.

This place is the real deal. First time there and I was immediately treated the way a man should be treated. Big screen TV and leather chairs to lounge in while you wait. My stylist, Stephanie was awesome and totally nailed the style I wanted. Highly recommend this place! - Jason R Yates.

I worked with Tiffany! She was awesome. Very friendly, clean, organized, and paid attention to detail. The shop it self was great. Very clean and inviting! I will be back to work with Tiffany.
