Had a wonderful experience yesterday at Arrow with Bren! Each time I go I leave grinning from ear to ear-- they work their magic and create something flattering and manageable- while talking me through the process! (While also keeping my teacher budget and early morning routine in mind.) Bren is incredibly knowledgeable and I feel like I can relax in Bren's extremely capable hands! I can't wait to go back! Thank you thank you thank you!

Stephanie was exceptional! I came in with a "too bright" highlight job done by another salon, and I felt like I had aged 10 years because it was so bright (the cut was also a bit off). Lets just say I was a bit embarrassed to leave the house.. Stephanie was methodical, and took her time to make sure it was right, both with the cut and color. She even consulted with another stylist , Melissa, to make sure we got the perfect toner for the too bright highlights. She could have charged a little more to do a low light process, but she did what was right for both my hair, and my budget. I left feeling like Jennifer Aniston, seriously. Love me an ethical, honest, and most importantly talented stylist! I can't leave a review without also mentioning the salon itself; what an amazing space with fabulous decor and treats. I sought out this salon after receiving two recommendations (unsolicited) from two different people, and I will definitely return. I would refer anyone!

I loved this friendly, calm place. Everyone who works here is so kind and chill. Alissa M is amazing. She knows my hair so well and always gives me the right cut and color to fit my personality.

I was able to make a Saturday appt the day before! My visit was very pleasant and my haircut with Alissa was perfect. She asked all the right questions and gave me two options for working past some awkwardly overgrown layers. It came out fabulously - I’ll definitely be coming back!
