Worse ever. They are awful. Cant cut black kids hair. My granbaby hair jacked up. And they treat whites better. Westgate had an incident where white boy knocked over stuff on the shelf nothing said. My granbaby did something so simple big girl in the front looked at my granbaby all funny. Repeat know how to treat people all the same.

Consistent stylists who are friendly and do good work; they remember customers by name and operate efficiently to get you in and out. I recommend downloading their free online check-in app as the wait at this location can sometimes be over 15 minutes for those who do not check-in online.

I was going in to get a small trim, no side cut just the back, and the lower part of the top, no bangs. I left with a cut on my ear and on my scalp, and with an inch and a half of my bangs gone, awful experience will never go back.

Unbelievable. Two women working who talked so loud and were so slow the wait was ridulicous. One was complaining about her ex husband. They were in no hurry not that you want someone to hurry with your hair but this was beyond anything I have seen or dealt with

Went to get a trim yesterday and it was an awful experience. Ceciley did my hair and seemed friendly enough at first. I explained that I didn't want too much taken off, just the dead ends and I needed my bangs trimmed to just below my eyebrow. Generally when I get my hair cut, I get a shampoo first. I noticed that this wasn't included at Great Clips, so I mentioned at the beginning that I did want a shampoo. She asked if I wanted to do it before or after the haircut. It didn't matter to me, but seemed like a strange question. She decided to do it after, which is fine. Then after she just started cutting my hair, a guy came in and was talking to her and asked when she was going to be done and she told him 10 minutes. So, from the gate I felt like I was being rushed out of her chair. Granted, I didn't want to sit there all day, but I really don't like feeling like my hair stylist is rushing me out. So she trims my hair, it was fine, she did the shampoo and asked if I wanted it blow dried. I asked if she could instead do two french braids and she told me she couldn't braid. I don't understand how a hair stylist can not know how to do braids. But whatever, just blow dry my hair. While she was blow drying it, she got a call on her phone, which was sitting out on the counter with the mirror. A minute or two after that she turned off the dryer and said I was done. She didn't blow dry my bangs properly (she dried them to the side instead of straight down) and then my hair was still damp. I have thick hair and it takes a little while to dry it. Overall it was just a horrible experience and I will definitely not go back. Jaded my whole opinion of Great Clips.
