When I called the receptionist had no knowledge on hair services. They gave me misleading info before arriviving. When arriving the whole salon stared at me and acted as if I had not made a appointment. Once the process begin the receptionist was the one braiding my hair and she did a horrible job, braiding too tight and not listening to me when I told her she was hurting me, every one talked junk about how the braids were coming out but never stepped in to assist her, I kept having to be moved from chair to chair. To make matters worst one of the other hair dressers family showed up distracting the girl doing my hair. This being my first sew-in I thought this would be the best choice but I was dissppointed in my experience and definitely will not be going back, and dont recommend this place to anyone for a first time weave experience.

After calling around the city for a last minute appointment!? I made a final attempt & called this shop!! Even though they were busy & it was a last minute thing, she worked me in any how & laid her magic on my head, and because of that!? now I've been slayed!! By the way, I've gotten lots of compliments!! Thanks you're the BEST & keep up the good work!!

I finally have a weave that I absolutely Love!!! I went on a busy day, however my hair is Beautiful! So many compliments on the cut & style and quality of the hair!!! There is only one place to go for the BEST install in Greensboro...The Weave Doctors Salon, trust and believe, you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for your great service Tamia...I love my hair!!!

Worst experience for my first time going to the weave doctors ever I had an 8 am appointment that took 8 hours to complete(I came in for a 360 frontal)... One of the stylist brought her 17month old daughter to work...she ended up getting hurt at her job...the owner comes in and throws her head into the shampoo bowl and washes her own hair. Both the owner and stylist all kept stopping to make personal phone call...place text, email and faxes. The braider at one point stopped in the middle of braiding someone hair for almost 2 hours. And all the owner could say is I wish she would get back to work instead of dealing with her in the proper way.
