Just took my daughter here to get one inch of split ends cut off of her hair gave the woman specific instructions like to the t what we wanted only to have her lope 4 maybe 5 inches off of her hair. No only did she ruin my little girls hair she couldn’t even cut it straight I will never ever get and I mean ever go back here again terrible customer service. They had to audacity to charge us for this hair cut as well with one of he worst attitudes I’ve seen in a long time I will be calling corporate and I will have her job by the end of the day trust and believe

This particular place is hit or miss. Once there was a woman cutting my son's hair who couldn't tell that she cut the front of his hair crooked. The next few times were ok, probably because I had them ask him how he like the length as they cut his hair. This last time his hair was cut way too short, since they did not take into account that his curly hair "shrinks" when dry. And no, she did not ask him about the length as she cut. The New Garden shop has been more consistent for us. I will stick with them.

No effort was put into my haircut. I asked for my longest layers to be my new length, and to refresh the shorter layers. She took a clipper straight across the back of my hair, then angled her scissors down the front of my hair and that was it. No layers, she didn't even part my hair properly. Typically this haircut would take at least 20 minutes to sift through all of my hair but this took maybe 7...thank goodness I had a coupon or else I would have refused to pay. Now I have to wait until Tuesday to have hair I actually like

Remember Great Clips is advertised as CASUAL services... And I got just what I expected. First time experience. Must be a popular location eveyone had customers. Mirae handled business and i walked in with minimal wait and went from rough and unkept to handsome and professional. I did not have an online reservation I did not have any coupons At the time of my visit $14 hair+$6 beard. All less than 20 minutes. She used Lion Tamer balm and was so impressed I bought the product! Smells good, took a shave to the next level. Very impressed! Thank you Mirae 👍👍
