Shanna is a true professional and an amazing hairstylist. At 55 I have been contemplating just letting the grey come in and go natural. I stopped by your store and was greeted by Sara a wonderful friendly receptionist that listen to what I wanted to do and had one of the stylist, Shanna, consult with me. Shanna set me down and told me what to expect and that to get what I wanted done was going to be a very drastic look from where I was. She had me do some homework and bring her in the color and cut and we reviewed it thoroughly before we got started. This was a huge step for me and I couldn't have asked for a more considerate, caring stylist than Shanna. Yes my hair is different and it will take awhile to grow use to it. I have gotten so many complements on it and I feel confident that as I allow the grey to come it that it will mix beautifully with the work Shanna did on my hair. I am so appreciative of her time, her attention and her professionalism. Sara and the other stylist in the shop were very supportive as well and that was just the icing on the cake. If you are looking to make a dramatic change to your hair and are scared about the outcome, I would strongly recommend calling Carmen Carmen and asking for Shanna.

I love shanna! She has an amazing personality and goes out of her way to help her customers, she makes you feel like family and always gets the color you want while keeping the integrity of your hair intact! Definitely recommend.

Shanna is a wizard. Expert level at Entry price. Beautiful results, exactly what I asked for, & very efficient. She makes for great conversation & the aveda tea is a nice bonus! (It's soooo yummy)
