This is a mixed review… 5 stars for my stylist and 1 star for the salon owner and salon. I received a haircut from my stylist, Ashtyn, here this week on Tuesday… the haircut and color were great and I have received so many compliments on my hair!!!! Was definitively planning on returning to the salon and my daughter was excited to go see Ashtyn in her new space for her next hair color and cut appointment; however, I found out Ashtyn was let go from the salon the day after my appointment. Don’t worry, I will figure out what salon Ashtyn goes to next and be sure to visit her there. So sad to think that experienced stylists and salon owners would eat their young. Look down in the reviews to just a few weeks ago at how excited Ashtyn was about joining this salon… You say her haircuts aren’t up to par… but she received a 5 star review in the day you let her go for a total hair transformation from long hair to bob… and then she did my cut that was awesome too… shame on you and your salon. I won’t grace your doorstep with my business again. I have added 1 before and 3 after photos! Thanks again Ashtyn for doing a wonderful job on my hair! I will look for your name at a new salon soon!

I wanted something different for my birthday I wanted blonde highlights with black tips at the end (I showed a pic from Pinterest with blonde highlights and black tips at the end) and Ms Dixie did everything I asked she’s awesome ABSOLUTELY LOVE her ! Not only if she my stylist she’s an awesome sweet amazing woman I call FRIEND 1000/1000 stars if u want a great stylist that will welcome u with open arms, doesn’t judge that accepts u for U a great listener and makes u feel comfortable Dixie is the person for u!! I was a walk-in but I was served right away. I enjoyed talking with the friendly stylist, Holly. I was extremely satisfied that she did exactly what I asked without cutting my hair too much! I will be seeing Holly again this week.

Eriika is is a talented stylist and listened to my ideas on what type of hair cut I wanted. She took charge and my haircut turned out even better then expected! I got so many compliments from my co-workers. Highly recommended!

Tried for the 1st time last week. Shannon is awesome!! Best cut, color and highlights I've had in a LONG time! And the price was far less than I've paid in the past. I will definitely be using Shannon at New Image Salon from now own! 💞
