I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I found them on Groupon and went in to get a color , cut and style. They greeted me and I only had to wait for a few minutes before my stylist came and got me. I had Darlene. She was very sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted. She gave me the best color and cut I have ever had. Thank you Darlene! I will see you in 6 weeks . All the staff seemed very friendly and the place was very clean. Will definitely be making this my go to salon and hair dresser. Might go back soon to do my eyebrows. 5 stars without question!

I wanted to find a new place to cut my hair. I saw that this salon had a Groupon so I thought I would give it a try. I definitely regret it! I paid for the Groupon with a haircut and deep conditioning. I showed up to my appointment early in case I need to fill anything out. The receptionist seemed like it was a problem that I was early. I told her I didn't mid waiting, and I came early just in case I need to fill out any paperwork. For a salon that says "walk-ins welcome", it seemed weird to be upset that someone was early. Candi comes to get me around 12:50. My appointment is at 1:00. She asks what I want, and it was just a simple take a shower me inches off keep it all the same length. So she takes me back and shampoos it. We have a little small talk discussing the area I live in. She asks me what high school my husband goes to and then continues to tell me how awful it is. I think that was a little rude, but I didn't pay any attention to it. So she spends maybe 10 minutes cutting it. She patted it in the middle, I told her that's not usually how I part it, but she continued on. She decides she's done cutting and then goes to blow dry. I'm thinking what happened to the deep conditioning? She continues to blow dry and leave my part in the middle. She then makes a comment that fine hair takes a long time to dry. It had only been like 3 minutes. My hair is still wet and she asks me how I think the cut looks. I tell her it's fine, thinking she will finish styling my hair. She says she's done, gives me a card, and walks toward the receptionist. The time is 1:15. The cut she gave me any one could have done and I received terrible customer service. I tried to contact the manager and this is what I received in response: Hi, I am sorry to hear about this experience. I will have to look into this matter & discuss with Candi what happened. The salon itself does not refund any monies from a groupon. The money was paid directly to them so they would have to be the one to reimburse. It is Sat night so I will get back to you Mon or Tues during business hours. Thank you for the feedback, Shelley/ Le Salon She didn't even include my name in the heading. So no one there thinks customer service is important. Obviously, I will not be returning.
