My fave place to get my hair cut. The staff is outstanding. Super friendly, always engaging and understanding and helpful when my schedule changes and I need to adjust my appointment. Grace is my go-to stylist, and she never disappoints. That said, I've had three others cut my hair and I always walk away looking and feeling great. Industry is a vital addition to the changing biz landscape of downtown Newport!

This was my new favorite place - loved Meghan! Meghan left, I had no communication from the salon. My next scheduled appt with Meghan just vanished - the salon didn't offer any alternatives. I had to figure it out myself. I booked an appt and due to a business issue I wasn't able to make it so they wanted to bill my 50% of the service. Great for the stylist - not great customer service. I won't go back - they obviously don't care about the client.

Great men's haircut and upscale surroundings. Around the same price as Roosters for a nicer experience. As Aveda location, you get a neck massage too.
