Chelsey was the best!

I’ve been seeing Chelsey Pater for over four years for my color. I’ve never had a bad visit with her. (Not sure what Chrissy’s review was about, but I let Chelsey know about this one bad review she has, and she said she has never met or done a client with that name!) Chelsey is a color expert! I can go in one day not knowing what I want done, and tell her “just work your magic!” And she really does work it!

I never write reviews. Ever. However, my most recent experience, and first ever experience, at Salon Lofts, with Chelsey Pater(Lou's Loft) leads me to this. She is not a professional of her "word." Just know that if you are unhappy with her work, SHE WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. She had me leave with WET hair and asked me text her later and let her know if I liked it once it was dry, because she wanted to make sure I was happy. Really?! I have informed her NUMEROUS times that I am unhappy with with her work. And all she keeps saying is "it looks awesome!" Oh, really? How would you know? you only saw it soaking wet, other than a few, unreliable photos I sent to you?! Well, I'm glad that her "opinion" of it, is the deciding factor on how my hair looks. So, If you don't like it, good luck! She will just keep telling you "it will fade!" A good color job looks good from the beginning, it shouldn't have to fade. What a huge waste of money! And her biggest concern- if you are going to "reverse" your payment to her! I would never recommend her. Not so much for her lack of skills… But for her lack of professionalism. ✌🏼

I was visiting from out of town and my friend and I decided to get haircuts. I'm SO GLAD we found Summer Tucker at Salon Lofts! We both got super cute cuts and beautifully shaped brow waxes. I am so bummed that I dont live in Cinncinati!

Grate job! I needed an evening hairstyle and Lindsey Grassman appeared extremely professional. She is not only professional master, she is a very sweet person as well. Now I'm her permanent customer.

Liz roy ruined my hair. If she is a propper representation of the other girls at this salon stay away. She fried my hair so bad i had to cut 90 percent of it off. Still shocked how she forced me to pay still. I dont care if your broke and a single mom. If you do a bad job you shouldnt get paid. Stay away from miss liz roy!!!!
