Yesterday I walked into Ashley's salon with no appointment hoping to consult with a hairstylist since I wasn't sure what I want. Ashley (the owner) was so welcoming and dedicated the time to look into the photos on my phone with different haircuts, and to advise me what will be the best for me. She was so knowledgeable & extremely nice, and since she had no openings till after two weeks, she suggested one of her senior stylist (Diane) to cut my hair. Luckily Diane was going to be available after 5 minutes! So I waited, a little bit, then Diane came & greeted me & again gave me all the time to look into the photos & advice me. Finally we decided what would be the best for me. Diane cut my hair so so beautifully. She took her time & did excellent job. She is so experienced and patient. I was extremely satisfied with my new look. She will be definitely my hairstylist from now on. I've always wanted to find that expert hairstylist that I can go to regularly, & finally I found her. Diane is the One for sure!

I went today as a first time client and I had a great experience. I choose Alyssa as a stylist and she was easy to talk to and colored my hair beautifully. I would recommend! I have been having a hard time finding a salon I like in the Brunswick/Strongsville area. I will be back! They even gave me a gift for being a first time customer, how nice!

I have been coming to Ashley for 10 years now. I love that she knows exactly how I want my hair done without me having to tell her. I have short hair, and I get compliments on the cut all of the time. The salon is beautiful & the staff is so friendly.
