Krista is awesome!!!! I was in need of a last minute cut and color and called Illusions Unlimited (after a Google search for salons near me) on a Saturday afternoon to see if anyone could squeeze me in. The woman at the front desk that answered when I called was very kind and accommodating, which was a great first impression for the salon. Anytime I have switched stylists in the past, I have spent weeks researching reviews and stalking hair pictures on Instagram for the right stylist fit! To just call a salon without requesting a specific stylist was a but nerve wracking, but I am so glad I did! My color (deep red, fixing previous botched color) is beautiful and my cut is perfect!! Krista has gained a new, regular client!!

I love this place. In the start of my Hair Styling career i worked for this salon. I would like to put it out there that Dennis gave me a skill that i use 20 years still to this day. I alway tell people about how great of a teacher and mentor Dennis was for me. My success in my Business is because i fallow all the rules this salon gave to me. I highly recommend this Innovating salon for any of you in that aria looking for the pro's. They are truly leaders in the Hair Salon Industry and should be recognized as the very best in the greater Cleveland Ohio Arie. Jill is the best. I always go to her and she makes sure your hair is exactly the way you want by asking lots of initial questions. She always recommends great products and tells me alternative ways to use them as well. The salon in general is great. Everyone is nice and welcoming. They even have a bar to style your hair yourself for free! So if you don't want to pay for the style, you can still do it yourself using their blow-dryers, etc and try their products at the same time. It's the only place around here that I know of that does that and I think it's awesome.

This salon is great! I get a great cut and style every time I'm there! I see Allie, but I think everyone there is very professional and is a great stylist! One time I got the worst haircut ever at Best Cuts and I needed to get my hair fixed asap - I went to Illusions Unlimited and they were able to fix it - I left with a stylish cut that wasn't much shorter than Best Cuts had already cut it, so I was happy! Bottom line - great people, great availability, and great value!
