Braids are really perfect.... My biggest complaint is that they are rude asf and they over book themselves so u will have several people in your head because they are trying to rotate their braiders....they take lunch breaks in the middle of doing your hair and have the nerves to get mad when u get a attitude because they are slow.... It took 15 hours 9:45am 12:00am for them to do my box's braids ....i love there work but I will never return due to customer service!!!!

I love CJs... the atmosphere great and my hair is always amazing. The braids last so long and my hair has grown so much. CJ cares about hair care and it shows

When I say I will never go to this shop again in life. So this was the second time I went there for singleness twist. The first time they were flawless. My last visit was this past Monday and the service was horrible. They had four people working on my hair and the pulled and braided my hair so tight it was ridiculous. After I got home I noticed that the majority of my twists were not knotted and started to unravel. So I called Sarah Sheena the owner to let her know and she said that it would be fine since the twists were dipped. Well everyone knows any type of a two strand twists will unravel if not knotted. I just attempted to knot them myself. Also the hair was stiff and the twists looked bunched in certain spots. It was not smooth. Worst experience ever. They most definitely lost a customer.
