I truly love this salon! This is a salon that has stand the test of time, 19 years in business and counting. The owner is wonderful and amazing person. Chareen is knowledgeable in all textures of hair and the best products to use. I am one that likes to switch my hair styles and I am never disappointed. Great welcoming atmosphere, clean classy setting and divers group of styles. One of the Baddest shop in Cleveland!

This Salon is beautiful and so are the Professionals that work there. The whole styling team has skills and many years of experience. Me and my family have been getting services here for years. Very clean, professional and a great atmosphere! I recommend this Salon if you want to look and feel great at the end of your service.

Charred and her ladies are always professional and courteous. I just walked in last minute for a wedding and was welcomed like family. Loved the environment and the when experience!!!

I don't come here too often because my hair is natural but the times I did come to this salon, I've always left happy. The staff is friendly and the service is great. The stylist that was supposed to do my hair didn't show up but the owner was very professional about the situation. She acknowledged that what her stylist did was unacceptable and she offered different solutions to my problem. She was able to get another stylist who's client canceled their appointment to do my hair. I was very satisfied with how my hair looked in the end and just the overall service of the shop. While I was getting my hair done, I couldn't help but to look at the other stylists doing their client's hair and every single one of them do an amazing job.
