I go to Best Cuts in South Euclid on a regular basis. I get the same service every 2 weeks flat iron. I decided to try Lyndhurst and they charge double what South Euclid charge....Why? Very expensive

I have always gotten decent haircuts there in the past. I got the worse haircut of my life there today. I do not expect to go back after this.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH YOUR HAIR. I have been beyond patient with these people. I got my hair butchered back in September 2018. I was trying not to be like the next person & decided against legal action even after I was told over & over I should sue. I walked in with hair past the middle of my back wanting a trim. Sat in the chair telling the "stylist" how much my hair meant to me & why I was growing it out & the reason behind my color choice. I walked out of the door upset with the fact she had already cut more than I wanted, but still gave a tip. I got home & tried to straighten it, thinking I would feel better about the length after it was straight. I ended up devastated!! I was in tears & angry. I had a deep chunk cut from the right side. I went back asking for a refund. They refused to give me a refund & the stylist had enough nerve to tell me that was not how my hair looked when I walked out. After calling Corporate & having to walk around for 3 days with my hair a mess. Their solution was to cut all my hair off & let it fill in. I talked to Corporate as well as the manager again. We agreed on free cuts until it was all grown out the same length. I told the manager I work random hours & she said I could come in when possible when I was ready for my trims. I have been trying to get in contact with the manager since January when I was told by a stylist only the manager could give free cuts. I understand that. I wouldn't do free work for someone else's mess up. Now the manager refuses to contact me. I FINALLY got her on the phone today. 6hrs ago now...she was with a client & was going to call me back. STILL NO RESPONSE!!!! I have never dealt with such horrible service & I am beyond upset that I have to trust these people to fix my hair. I have spent I don't know how much money on products trying to get my hair to grow. Money I won't get back & they can't even keep their end of the deal
