Always done right. Highly recommend using the online checkin option if you're planning on visiting during peak hours.

I had the worse experience ever!! And I am a big fan of Great Clips! I go every 2 weeks for a hair cut, but yesterday I checked in on line 44 minute wait no problem, got there in 40 minutes and still had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. Then then girl who cut my hair I clearly stated to comb and cut my hair zero on sides and back and I am combing the top straight back she did the sides an back correctly but when it came to the top she never put water on the full top of my head I asked her what was she doing?? She stated well you have a colic on the left side, which I know I don't the left side wasn't even wet??? She kept combing and cutting my hair into a fo hawk which I did not want so my hair is cut her way and not my way and she sure didn't get a tip!! I was so angry when I left I didn't even get her name??? But I will NEVER go back to that location!
