I came in not knowing what I wanted done so I sat and looked at a few haircuts in some of the styling books. The women who had cut my hair only gave me about two minutes or less to look at the books in the first place. I didn't feel there was enough cut off and she was reluctant to cut anymore off despite me telling her I wanted more off. After the haircut she didn't even bother to blow dry or style my hair, just left it wet and not combed. Very poor customer service and I've never liked the way they just want to rush you out.
