My first time going to a Great Clips was a month ago, Cynthia did a great job. She did everything that I asked. She was also super friendly. For Cynthia I would give 5 Stars. 7/01/2018 I went into Great Clips today, hoping to get Cynthia. She was not in today. I got Lisa she seemed to have an attitude & when she called me back to her work station it wasn't cleaned. I asked her to look at the notes from when Cynthia did my hair last month. She said yes she will, didn't tell me she had the notes in her hand. She started to cut my hair, I had to stop her before she started. I asked her is she going to look at the notes from last time. She said yes she has the notes & they were on the ground. When she lined my back of neckline. She didn't line it up to good. I was also going to have my beard trimmed. For Lisa I will give this a 1 Star.

This was my first time going to a Great Clips. I am new to Columbus and haven't found myself a barber yet so I needed to find myself someone to trim my hair. This was an easy walk in without an appointment. I believe my wait was 7 minutes. I've waited much longer times for other places before so I was happy about this. All I needed was a simple trim and that is indeed what I got. I did not get botched and I was pleased with the cut that Melanie gave me. The length on my neck could have been closer but sometimes that can be risky because you can cut it too short al didn't ask for that. Overall, I am very pleased with my service. It was a good cut to start off a Saturday morning. Melanie also talked about the area and things to do around here because I had said I would be in the area for a few hours that morning. I'm not from the Dublin area so it was nice getting some local guidance.

I have been visiting this location close to 8 years now. Mostly good experiences. If it was not for the turn over in stylist's this place would be perfect. If you are looking to get a good hair cut this is a good place to visit.
