Absolutely worst experience ever in my lifetime. I had to try to place since my regular barber was not available. The place is an assembly line of just churning out haircuts with no focus on customer needs. My stylist Jenn was very coercive and mean and got really confrontational when I voiced my concern of the service I received. Do yourself a favor and try another place if you do not value your hair, time or money.

I appreciate the response. I’m not sure what’s plan to rectify my concern except issuing a refund what I had paid Great Clips plus what I paid my barber to fix the mess up. Please credit back $16 + $18 = $34 in total and I will call this experience a wash. On a side note, I hope you are able to implement internal changes to your organization to continue to sustain in this very competitive market.
