Warning to parents with children: do NOT take your child to Jennifer Richeson. I made an appointment for my 11 year old daughter for a haircut with Jennifer. I even wrote a note to Jennifer while booking the appointment online to let her know how excited we were to meet her. My daughter and I arrived 10 minutes early to the appointment. We were coldly greeted by Jennifer. She never smiled and acted like we were bothering her. She immediately took a phone call, never apologized for it, and then had the nerve to ask me if I needed a nap because I looked "glazed" over. She started to flatiron my daughter's hair close to her scalp. My daughter told her at least twice it was uncomfortable and that she was hurting her. Jennifer scoffed at my daughter and basically told my kid there was NO WAY that was happening. My daughter started to tear up and I told my daughter to stand up because we were leaving. Jennifer looked at me and said rudely, "I don't know why you are leaving." Before I said anything nasty I walked out with my crying 11 year old. This woman has a really bad attitude about life in general. I don't care if this so-called professional was having a bad day, you don't treat customers this way! Jennifer never apologized to me or my crying daughter.
