I was scheduled a trim with Liz for the first time and had an unprofessional experience. 20 minutes into the haircut (including shampoo and wash time), I asked Liz if she could trim my hair a little more. She responded with ‘I have other clients.’ She then quickly trimmed my hair. I told her that since she has ‘other clients,’ (and I totally understand that).. I told her that she doesn’t have to spend too much time blow-drying my hair. Overall, I just didn’t feel that I was treated with respect as a client. Also, I had no intention to take up all her time just to trim my hair. Despite the unprofessional experience with Liz on Mill Run, I had really good experiences with other barbers at Kenneths :)
