The BEST color I have ever gotten. My stylist listened well and then explained what she was doing as she went which I really like. She was able to get my hair to the level of blonde I wanted and the exact shade I wanted. I love it!

I spent a great deal of time and money trying to find a new stylist when I moved to Columbus. Rachael at Hair Artists has done a fabulous job with my hair everytime. Everyone is incredibly friendly and professional.

My daughter and I both had great experiences here. My daughter wanted a drastic, short, punk hairstyle with teal coloring. I didn't want to take her to the normal mall salons because our experiences there have not always been positive. I decided to give this place a try. It is a higher-end salon and more expensive, but definitely worth the money. You are pampered the entire time you are there. They have a comfortable seating area and offer refreshments. The first time going, you fill out a card so they can get to know you better and they do read them. The receptionists are welcoming and enthusiastically engage everyone who comes through the door. All the stylists seem talented. I watch clients leave as I wait in the seating area and they all look so stylish, gorgeous and happy as they leave. My stylist, the same who did my kid's hair, is so much fun. She explained how to style my hair as she went along. Kenzie is the best and not afraid to play around with ideas, which is good because I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted. She thinks outside the box. She also gave me a makeup tutorial because I don't normally wear makeup and wanted some tips. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Kenzie explained how they all stay up-to-date on trends and how their boss stresses continuing education. You can't go wrong here. I will be a return customer.

I've been going to this salon for 12 years! My daughter got her first hair cut here (and still does) I had my bridal parties hair done here on my wedding day, and my husband even goes to get his hair cut! This is a family salon and the girls are always up to trend on the newest and hottest cuts and color! I've never had a bad experience! And the nail techs are just as talented! I've tried other salons but nothing compares to the experience and customer service! I recommend Patty for all things nails (over 30 years experience) and Kelsey, Lindsay, and Meghan do a fantastic job with my hair!
