This was my first dry cut for my curls so I was pretty nervous and excited. I loved the atmosphere at Ambushed. I was referred here by a friend and everyone in there has curly hair so I felt right at home and trusted them with my curls.
The reason I didn't give 5 stars: I'm not sure how long the girl who cut my hair has been in the industry. I don't mind letting newer people cut my hair, I used to go to schools like Paul Mitchel or Aveda for hair cuts so it really doesn't bother me. However, as she was de-tangling my hair, this girl dropped the comb on the ground (which was covered in hair), blew on it, and then proceeded to comb my hair with it! SO GROSS!
Overall, I highly recommend the salon, but be careful about who you book.
