She cut it just the way I wanted . Thank you so much I will be going there again. I only cut my hair in Ohio. The girl I usually go to was not available so my daughter made an appointment here for me for the very first time. I love in New Jersey

I went to Bobbie who I showed a very blended platinum blonde photo of what I wanted to. Came out with chunky orange, yellow and white highlights. She left me under the dryer for a little over an hour with the bleach in my hair, I could SMELL it!! She washed me out with purple shampoo that she admitted she wish she had more of and did not actually tone my hair. I asked her to trim my hair and she only did the ends, didn't touch my layers. I came out with a lot of dead ends and a MESS! I could feel that I still had bleach in my hair so had to rewash my hair when I got home. Was terrible, went back to see Anna who did AMAZING!!! She was able to fix everything and not do any further damage, she gave it a good trim and it looks amazing now!

Very clean and everyone I have dealt with there are extremely friendly and helpful. Mackenzie is the best stylist ever and Michelle was great also. Would highly recommend

Worst experience ever. About a month ago I had a morning appointment with Amber Harris. She called me and didn’t even introduce herself just simply said hey I’m going to be running 10 mins late. Which I was fine with because it allowed me to go grab a cup of Joe @ Starbucks being that the one across from them is temp close. I showed her a picture of the blending blonde look and medium bob haircut I was seeking. She went to get someone else advice on how to go about doing my hair color.,..big red flag! They discussed using 7 & 8 on my hair and what not. Before she started I asked her did she want to cut my hair first to save her product being that my hair was long. She reacted “Oh yeah” then went over and chopped my hair off leaving it looking like a broom. My reaction got her attention because never have I gotten my hair cut like that and she said oh don’t worry I’m not done I’ll fix it. Yet my haircut was not fix nor nothing like I asked or showed her. She told me that to get my hair all blonde as in the picture I’ll have to do it by sessions. After that she put about 10 foils in my hair…majority of them in the front and a couple in the upper back. I paid $180 for 1/2 of my hair to be blonde on top of my tip…$210. When I got home I was told that she didn’t do my back and that I had only gotten portion/just the front done…I hadn’t realized that till then. My hair was orange and blond. So I called her and she proceeded to tell me with an attitude that she could fix it on Sunday but that I’ll have to pay $100 more. Never again will I go to her or advice one to. I feel like the whole by session was a scam for me to come out of pocket each time. $180 for half of my hair to be blonde with toner???

I scheduled online with Amber a week ahead of time. A couple of hours before my appointment which literally said, "I have to cancel today. I'm sorry." I had not contact from her before this so I responded asking who it was and received the response, "Amber at salon lofts." She did not give any sort of explanation or ask to reschedule. I find the entire situation completely unprofessional.
