As a curly girl having her first appointment at Evan Joseph yesterday, I can with all honesty say that I’ve lived 39 years on this earth with gorgeous curls that I had no idea about. I was stunned seeing how curly and soft and bouncy my hair was after a haircut and very little styling. It’s all about the right technique and the right products. This salon is life changing. I loved what Cheyenne was able to do and how professional and knowledgeable she was. I will definitely return over and over again, as long as I can find an opening 🙈 Thank you so much for revealing my beautiful hair to me. I LOVE it!

Each time I go to Evan’s salon I am impressed by the service I get. Everyone is professional, warm and welcoming. I cannot say enough about Evan. I love how honest he is and trust he will always give me good advice. He has helped me improve my hair 100%. Brian is amazing in that no matter how busy he is, he makes you feel special. He is incredibly patient and helpful in making mine and my girl’s appointments. It is a pleasurable experience all round.

Making an appointment is easy. Once you arrive, staff is welcoming and attentive. The technicians and stylist take the time to get to know your hair routine, consult about the style for your hair type and curl pattern. The cut is dry and you can see the volume being created before your done. Then, an assistant washes, adds product and dries your hair, all while educating you on the purpose of each product and step in the process. They are simple enough recommendations to keep at home and I still have a dry and go hairstyle. Only, now, my curls are tighter and more shapely. This is the only place I want to bring my curls too. As someone whose hated almost every haircut, thank you so much for taking the time to work with and teach your clientele how to work with natural curls.

Just got back from my first cut at the Evan Joesph Salon and I'm IN LOVE. Destiny rocked the cut. I showed her a photo of what I was going for, told her I don't like a lot of product, don't need perfect definition (I prefer volume) and she listened and gave me exactly what I was going for. She had such a calm vibe about her. We went for a shorter cut w/ curly bangs and I absolutely love it. Evan was working at the station next to me and getting his seal of approval on the cut made a perfect cut even better. 10/10 recommend.

My daughter spent a lot of money to get her hair done in this salon. The atmosphere was nice people seem friendly but it took too long......my daughter was there from 1pm to 5pm this again is why I can’t do salons it should never take that long 2 1/2 hours and 3 hrs max also they gave her someone that was very inexperienced with black hair she went in looking better than she came out he moused her hair and you never put alcohol on black hair, it never works for our hair type and he dried it with a blow dryer because after 4hrs her hair wasn’t dry which most time she lets her hair air dry because it’s thick and heavy she came out after an hour at home looking like a poodle it was not a good experience and she was so excited to go here but left disappointed and over 100 dollars lost. My advice to insure mistakes like this doesn’t happen is put people with beautician that has the experience with different black hair types because you are asking for a lot of money so don’t partner people with no experience and ask for over 100 dollars
