The makeup looked good but the lashes were coming off before we even got back to Baltimore. My daughter took the lashes completely off and this made her wings come off. She had to fix eye makeup herself. Worth $40? HELL NO! And then there's her hair. It was a mess in the back. Strands of hair sticking out here and there. You could see every bobby pin she used. Again, my daughter had to fix that herself. Worth another $40? HELL NO! We won't be back!

I had my hair done by dina and she did an amazing job. I was nervous that my layers weren't "layered" enough but I'm glad she did things the way she did because it really lays perfectly. She's awesome!!

A pleasant shopping experience was made uncomfortable when the woman running the night shift publicly humiliated another woman working there. They were at the register and we were across the store on the left wall and still heard the woman scold the younger woman and tell her she was sweeping all wrong. It was very dramatic and snobbish, she even gasped and told her "that's not how you sweep when I'm running the store." Definitely ruined our experience and I could tell the girl felt so embarrassed when we checked out. Of course this is nothing against Ulta or the products and I will still stop in when I'm in that area but it may be wise to remember that employees who feel abused and disrespected are a lot less efficient than those who work in a happy atmosphere.
