I've visited the Polaris/Sancus Blvd Great clips three times now, each time a new stylist. All of them did pretty good job in delivering what I wanted . They offer services at lower or reasonable price compare to many others. Wait times are awful and there are no appointments but it's good they do online check-in, it saves a lot of time.

I get my hair cut by Stacey and she is one of the best stylist out there. I would wait an hour just to get her. Thank you for always making me look great!!

We checked in 3 people early online. They took the first one in immediately. Despite being first in line, they continued taking other guests even though we were already first on the list. We asked them why they were taking everyone else even though we were first. They didn't really give me an answer. Not to mention they did a lesser job on the haircuts than we're used to from other Great Clips. Overall the atmosphere is not customer friendly like I've seen at other great clips. Not once did they ask about what's happening, only talking to one another about who's coming in at 11 o'clock, never engaging with the customers at all. I can't think of the last time I've ever given anyone a one star review, but we received such poor service here that it well deserved it. We were going to leave for the airport at 11:15 and now we're going to be late because of the incompetence at this Great Clips locations. I would strongly advise against visiting this location. Visit the one off of route 23, they do an excellent job at customer service.

Definitely a cheap and best place for hair cuts. But not a good placed for kids. I see assistant is getting annoyed when kids started crying. And she was so rude and saying I cant cut if baby is keep crying and moving. If that's case she should told me earlier and she didn't cut at all. And shamelessly charge fulll.
