TOTALLY FRIED MY HAIR FROM ROOT TO END! THANKS A LOT SANDI. My hair is SO damaged, I can't dry it or flat iron it! It is fried all over. I asked for some hair grow shampoo and conditioner. Jill said they will do nothing more to help the damage they created! They gave me ONE BOTTLE OF HAIR shampoo & conditioner and said it would last for a year!!! ðŸ˜¥ Time to make some phone calls. ðŸ˜¥ MY HAIR WAS LONG AND SILKY BEFORE I CAME HERE! NOW I CAN'T EVEN LOOK IN THE MIRROR. ðŸ˜ž

Great location. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. You can always get in pretty quickly. Highly recommend for men and women.

I had not been to this salon before being fairly new to the area. I called a couple days before to check some price points, and went in to pick up a couple of products. As I walked in, it was somewhat busy with customers. No one greeted me. I went to where the products were shelved, and was looking for about 10 minutes. No one offered to help me . I made my choices and went to the counter. The girl behind the counter totaled my purchases and I paid. It seemed like it was more expensive then what I thought I was spending, however, the entry way is very small and someone was coming in, so I didn't want to block them. I left the salon and looked at my receipt, it did mot have the items itemized, so I called the salo back and asked about the individual prices. The regular size curl enhancer was $25.50, the trial size volumizing spray said $9 @ the top of the rack where the trials are located. I was told it was actually $16.50, they just didn't price it. VERY MISLEADING!, I will not go back to this salon. There must have been at least 6 stylists there and no one asked if I needed help! Very rude!
