Well that will not happen again.. first off they say check in and there wonâ€™t be a wait. Oops. Not true. I had to wait. I told the lady that was cutting my hair what I wanted. And it seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I said do not touch the top. And trim the sides and back really tight. So she used clippers on part of the back and the used her scissors on the sides. And then the top. I said wait not the top. She said she was just taking the tips off.. then one side is longer than the other. I kinda pointed that out and seen her try and fix it. Then she grab her thinning scissors and I said wait are you using those on my hair. My hair is thin enough. She said she is just doing the ends... OMG .. I was done at that point and she said how is that. You want me to do anything else? I said nope . Thanks. I will work with this. After I looked at my hair and ran my fingers through it... itâ€™s still longer on my left side. Nope nope nope never again will I go there again.. so I will go somewhere else to fix this. Lopsided..ðŸ¤. She said she had over 30 years of cutting hair.. lol ðŸ˜†. But ya have to listen to what your client wants not what you want to do..

I started going there when it first opened, now my wife also goes there-she just loves April. This is the only place we go now.

Couldn't even get past the stylist taking our names at the front counter before we turned around and left. She was rude and condescending. We approached the front counter to sign-in, as you do anywhere to get a quick haircut. The stylist who approached us wanted to crack jokes and be unhelpful. There was no sign-in sheet so we turned around to sit down. She then remarked, in a very catty tone, "well I have to put you in the computer system." Okay? Then why didn't you get those details when we approached the front counter? We had not been to a Great Clips before and apparently you will need to surrender your home address, a phone number, your DOB, and an email. All this just for a haircut? After finally answering a million questions to get our names on the list for a haircut, we were told to sit down and "expect more jokes because it's for my own enjoyment." At this point we decided to leave. Anyone who handles themself like a teenage girl put out by doing her job won't be touching me. No thanks, won't be back.
