I'm so over the top with my new hair style..My hair was a disaster from a horrible cut it was to the point everytime I looked in the mirror I would cry. Jennifer Smith she changed that for me. Now tears of joy. She did a beautiful outstanding perm to my hair. It's fun, sassy and curls are gorgeous. Her personality warm n inviting. Her confidence and words "We'll fix it"! I was a first time customer here, and i walked in for a perm with Jennifer. She was amazing! She was so sweet and informational, told me things about my hair i didn’t even know. I didn’t know what to expect with my results but they were perfect! She did an amazing job and was super helpful. 100% recommend Allure.

My nails are beautiful but the service is pretty bad. When I walked in I assumed that someone would ask if I had an appointment but the nail tech simply said "who are you". While we were making small talk she also referred to other stores as "Orientals" and I had mentioned before my asian heritage. Tldr: pretty nails ugly attitude

This salon was recommended by a friend. I had a 2:45 appointment with Sheena. When I arrived they were busy and loud. I stood in the doorway waiting for someone to acknowledge me, when they didn't I took the only seat available. After about 15 minutes one of the stylists asked me who I was there to see I told her Sheena. She smiled and went back to her customer. After waiting for an hour and a half I left. I did have an appointment, I had never been to the salon so I didn't know who Sheena was so I would expect her to ask me if I was her 2:45. None of the stylists had names on their person or on their stations. Was a horrible experience and a huge waste of my time. Do not recommend this place.
