Bad hair toner

March 14 2023 Alicia did a double toner on my hair and totally ruined it.I use purple shampoo and purple conditioner on it and it is still orange.A lot of it is breaking off and very damaged.I feel like I have been screwed.she told me that maybe she wasn’t for me and blocked me. I want something done about this in a nice way. I did nothing wrong to her.she just didn’t listen to what I wanted her to do.

Bre did my curly hair and she was amazing. She got my curls as curly as I have ever seen them! She also got me a very beautiful new color on my hair that I ruined previously. She was just so knowledgeable I definitely recommend 👌🏽

Bre S. is the best. She is kind, professional and will get your hair exactly as you are wanting. She does an amazing job with hair: color, cut and styling. I have dark hair and Bre is able to get the blonde color that I like throughout while keeping my dark hair where it needs to be. Bre is my new go to for Hair. Thank you, Bre!
