*Excellent, professional, did what I asked, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, convenient and affordable!* Desperately needed a fresh hair cut, but had very little money to spare. Jacci at Smartstyle inside of Wal-Mart on 12th and Main was FANTASTIC! I have crazy, wavy, frizzy, out of control, THICK hair and my split ends had grandbabies...I walked in, no wait, Jacci took me right back, and all I literally told her was I wanted just the split ends off, and I asked if she had any advice for how to keep my crazy hair a bit more tame. She suggested I even my hair out so there were no more layers and I agreed. My hair was maybe 3 inches short of my waist and as much as I wanted to keep my length, iI wanted those split ends gone, so I told her not to be afraid to take 2 or 3 inches off if need be. The wash and cut was quick, professional and precise. And I kept my length! You can't beat $17.97 for a shampoo and cut. I will absolutely be going back and definitely requesting Jacci!

Carrie and the ladies are wonderful and sweet iv been going there for over a year and take my kids there for beginning of school haircuts always do a great job !

When you walk in and sign in, to be told that there is a 20 minute wait .... that's not a big deal. It's almost expected, right. When you realize that you are waiting for 20 minutes because 3 stylists are braiding manikin hair, while 1 is with a customer, and when you go to them and confirm that you are waiting 20 minutes because a paying customer is not more important than a manikins braid ..... and they tell you this is an educational opportunity. Your company has educated me that that it holds no value for a repeat customer, or any customer at all. Here is my middle finger salute to the way your company CHOSE to treat me. Nothing but classless disrespect towards me and my time, and I will NEVER be back. Enjoy your pretty manikin braid. I am appalled that a single person couldn't pause your "educational opportunity" for a paying customer. And the "representative" who so rudely informed me of your "educational opportunity", should really receive some customer service training herself.

Jordan did an excellent job cutting my mom's and my daughter's hair. She made sure my daughter felt comfortable with the her. There was no wait. We will return to see Jordan. Thank you!
