Normally I would probably give this a 5 Star review because most of the ladies here have given my kids great haircuts & have certainly deserved the tips. However, stay away from Elva. I don’t know if she is a new employee, I hadn’t seen her here before. I brought my daughter in who had beautiful long blonde hair past her shoulders. She has had it to her waist in the past & took the scary step of getting it past her shoulders a few months ago. Then I took her in to get just 2” off, make it more manageable and easier to care for, a trim. I had the same photo I had brought to them last time, showing a girl with wavy hair just past her shoulders in the front. I told Elva I wanted it like that, just the small amount off, 2” tops, a little shorter in the back than front, with a light layer or her hair would be poofy. When she called me around to check her hair, I was shocked to find it: longer in the back than the front, cut to her chin, no layers, and not even EVEN. Then when I said this was not what I had asked for, she then got nasty with me, began to argue that I hadn’t given her the instructions I had & then demanded to see the photo again! I was so angry I paid with a coupon and left her no tip. I shouldn’t have paid for her ruining my 10 y.o.’s hair at all! Now because my daughter has such wavy hair, and it’s SO short, it’s just a big frizzy, staticky mess. I recommend seeing ANYONE but Elva.

Took my son Nick for a hair cut. He was wanting to donate his hair to Wigs for Kids. Jessica cut about 16" off his hair and trimmed up the remaining hair into a very nice style. Nick was completely satisfied. She helped us download the Great Clips app and explained how to set up an appointment without waiting in the lobby. She gave us the donation packet as well. Best part: she cut his hair for free since he was donating it. Very nice atmosphere. Very friendly and professional behavior Jessica. Will be coming back with my older son and myself as well.

This one on east side Norman is great but stay away from the one by I-35.

Only place I will go to get my hair done! I only go to one girl but my son see's alot of the other girls!

The haircuts aren't like superstar status, but they fit the cheap price range. There's hardly a wait if you check in online, and I haven't had a negative experience with the staff.
