Update: We did go to Stillwater and the stylist there fixed his hair and did a very good job. We wont be going back to the Guthrie location because that store did not try at all to fix the problem and could use new management. Thank you to corporate for addressing the issue. My 16 year old son went in for a haircut this evening(1/29/19) and was treated horribly. The back of his hair looks awful and he said the stylist was rude and kept making smartalec comments to him about his friend who came with him. He paid for his cut and even tipped the stylist (which I would have not done were it me). He should not have been treated so badly and now I have to take him somewhere else to fix his hair.

Desperate for a haircut and had some free time so I went in. There was one man in line when I signed in and another came after me. A new hairdresser came in and asked the guy after me if he was next (she didnâ€™t check the sign in sheet first) and obviously knew him. I was thinking it would only be a few more minutes as another hairdresser was finishing up so I said he could go first. Then the other hairdresser got free but stopped and spent quite a few minutes helping a lady out with a hairspray purchase. I continued to wait as both men finished up. Then all three hairdressers were free and I was not acknowledged or called back. They just went to their stations and started cleaning or doing paperwork. I got up and left at that point as I didnâ€™t want anyone who wouldnâ€™t acknowledge me as a person to cut my hair.
