Absoulutely worst haircut ever left with a huge bald spot in back of head and hair was left long wgere should of been cut short ended up getting a refund and getting a buzz cut somewhere else would never step back into there store again tgey are rude and the manager heather was a complete ass clown

Completely messed my hair up a few months ago so they gave me a card for a free haircut came back 3 months later and trued to act like I've never been there before and would not honor the free haircut after I waited 30 minutes in there lobby the manager Heather said she couldnt honor it the worst customer service do not get your hair cut here they will mess it up and you will end up dissappointed like I did.

I arrived 45 minutes before closing time, after waiting for a few minutes, I was asked to leave because they were fixing to close. I get my hair cut very short so it only takes about 2 minutes to cut my hair. Very disappointed in their customer service/attitude, especially since I drove thirty minutes to get there.
