[PICTURES] Absolutely awful customer service. If you expect to be yelled at and flipped off by the hairdressers, this is the place for you. A friend of mine recently got her hair done here and the hairdresser, to put nicely, did not do the best job. The color was splotchy and the cut was uneven and choppy. She paid over $100 and the hairstylist actually charged her extra for using extra product during the process. For support, I went with her to the salon to see what we could do to get a partial refund (she had an appointment at another salon set up to go get it fixed). I expected some level of professionalism but BOY, we received the complete opposite. While the hairdresser who did her hair pulled us out and explained what had gone wrong with her hair, the manager of the salon came out and begin yelling at us, demanding what was wrong. Aren't managers supposed to deescalate bad situations? And if the hairdresser knew what had gone wrong with her hair, why didn't she initially try to communicate that with her client (my friend) and tried to come with another solution instead of doing a botched job? Eventually we got our refund, only a measly $40. When I thought the nightmare was over, ANOTHER hairdresser who had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the situation came out and yelled at us as we were leaving, "Don't ever come back again!" and some other unprofessional, rude comments. On top of that, she gave us the bird. Absolutely terrible experience and it's unfortunate because this fiasco could have been avoided if a little bit of professionalism was exhibited. Obviously, it does not exist here. Go at your at your own risk.
