While this salon may not stand out for its aesthetic, they have skilled stylists and very affordable pricing, especially for NW. I've gone to T.T. and she gave me a gorgeous balayage, and a haircut that compliments my hair's natural wavy texture better than anyone has in years. I was unsure of the cut at first, but almost two months later it is still simple to style and naturally dries beautifully. I was very impressed with my first visit. If you're looking for a bougie salon experience, this isn't the place. But if you're looking for quick, skilled hair stylists who will listen to what you want and know what they're doing, for less than $200 for cut&color, check out Jovana.

(Wife’s review) Had a groupon for full highlights and haircut. Scheduled with Lina. Horrible customer service from the get go. After showing her a picture of what I wanted she made me feel stupid saying oh that’s balayage. After finally agreeing to what color to do she did not give me any confidence whatsoever in her abilities. She also charged me an extra 25 dollars for lowlights. I asked for a very very small trim because my hair was already a little above my shoulders and she just ran some texture sissors through the back and nothing else. No trim of my front, no trim anywhere. Such lazy service I can’t even believe it. When I brought up that she didn’t even cut my hair and the groupon was for haircut, deep conditioning, and highlights, she said I still had to pay the extra 25 dollars. So for 1 hour and 20 minutes of work, I paid 100 dollars total. Waste of my time, money, and nerves for a crappy job and even worse service. Take your business elsewhere ladies!

Have been going to this salon for a little over a year. First visit was with a Groupon and Tammy did not disappoint. Have been going back every since. Both Tammy and T.T are amazing and always reasonably priced for the job that is done. I always come into any salon knowing their could be a possible wait. Appointments are domino effects so it should be expected.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked an appointment, was there a few minutes early. Ended up getting a stylist who seemed to be extremely inexperienced. Her cut was very fast and required a lot of re-doing. She gave me the wrong color, and couldn't pull off ombre to save her life. Instead of a gradient I ended up with just two solid colors next to each other, We had to re-do that three times to get it looking acceptable. And at the end they charged me $70 more than I was quoted on the phone. Until I was charged they didn't tell me how much it would be. Whenever I mentioned any of this my stylist straight up lied to her boss and the boss took her side, talked down to me, and told me I was wrong. Will never go here again, and I recommend you don't either.
